Rock Runners Training - Spring 2019

LA provides amazing trails and vistas to spice up our running regimen and provide an extra challenge. Our Rock Runners 5mi + 15mi trail running program targets runners who are currently comfortable doing road 10Ks. Pace groups, speed/strength work, and specific training plans will enable anyone who is interested in getting started or want to improve their trail running times to complete a race in 7 weeks. Training will take place partly at the store but also at various trails around the region.
