Winter 2019 5K/10K

Fleet Feet Seattle will lead you through a 10-week training program to prepare for a 5K (3.1 mi) or 10K (6.2 mi) race at the end of March 2019! The program will begin on Wednesday, January 23.

Members who follow the 5K training schedule do not need to have any previous running experience. For those who are already comfortable with the 5K distance, the 10K training schedule will help you continue to build your endurance. Though designed for beginners, everyone is welcome! Our coach and mentors can also help tailor the program to help you build speed if you have already completed a 5K or 10K distance.

We will meet twice each week, Wednesday evening and Saturday morning, at our store in Capitol Hill.
