Winter 10K Training Program
10K Training (6.2 miles): This is an 8 week training session with 2 coached workouts per week. This is perfect for anyone that is comfortable running the 5K distance. We start with 3 miles and work our way up past 6 miles and will have different pace groups for everyone. Coached workouts are designed to push you and make you stronger with hill work and faster pace runs as well as longer easy runs. This training program is not the training program for the Cooper River Bridge Run, but will still get you in shape for an April 10K race of your dreams!
