2019 Spring - Raleigh/N.Raleigh/Morrisville 26.2

The Fleet Feet Raleigh/Morrisville Half Marathon program is a beginner/intermediate half marathon training program sponsored by Brooks beginning on January 2nd.

The program is designed to train participants to complete their first half marathon or improve their prior half marathon time.

We will train for 13 weeks on Tuesdays* at 6 pm and Saturdays at 7:30 am (1/2/18 - 3/30/18). *For the first week of training we will meet on Wednesday, January 2nd.

Our goal race is Emerald Isle Marathon and Half marathon. Participants are encouraged to sign up for whatever Half or Full marathon they would like to run! If you are doing a race prior to the weekend of March 30th we will work with you individually to adjust your personal long run schedule to ensure you are ready for your race.

Participants need to be comfortable running or using run/walk intervals for 8 miles at a 14:30 min/mile pace before the start of the program.

No walking-only pace group options.

No run/walk pace group options for the Full Marathon program.

We offer 5 pace groups to best suit your training:

Sub 9 minute / mile

9-10 minute / mile

10-11 minute / mile

11-12 minute / mile

12-13 minute / mile
