2019 Spring More Miles
Professionally designed 14 week training program to get you ready for the Cleveland Full and Half Marathon. Our programs are progressive in nature, building mileage safely and consistently to get you to your goal!
We offer 2 weekly group training options - Tuesdays 6:30pm @ Fleet Feet Westlake and Pepper Pike, Saturdays 8:00am rotating between our four Fleet Feet locations. All of our group runs are led by our Fleet Feet coaches and fully supported with route directions and aid stations. In addition, you will have the awesome Fleet Feet family motivating you and pushing you along the way!
Training Begins Tuesday, February 12, 2019
Program Cost: $100
Kick-Off meeting for Spring More Miles will be held Tuesday, February 5, 2019 from Pepper Pike/Westlake at 6:30p.m.
*To ensure the safety of our runners you must be able to maintain a 15 minute per mile pace during the run*
