2019 Half Marathon: FAST - Spring

The Spring 2019 Half Marathon: FAST Training Program is a 10 week program, meeting two times a week and is designed to help runners meet a new performance goal or get out of a training rut. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This Spring 2019 season will be geared towards the Indy Mini on May 4th, 2019. However, our Coaches can help you train for any spring race you choose! Important Dates: Information Session: Wednesday, February 13 at 6:30 pm at Fleet Feet Fort Wayne Season Starts: Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 6:30 pm Season Logistics: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturday Mornings at 8 am (time subject to change due to weather) at Fleet Feet Fort Wayne Goal Race: Indy Mini Marathon on May 4th, 2019
