2018 Winter Warriors

Winter Warriors an 8 week running program for men and women to help keep you active and social during the cold winter months.  This program is for runners and walkers of all abilities, but you won't just be running!  Each week we will have a strength workout to target those muscle groups that could use a little extra attention.  The group runs will have informal pace groups and you will have the option of running a 2, 3 or 4 mile route at your own pace

*Please note:  this is a program for recreational runners.  This program does not have a training plan or mentors.  If you are a beginner runner looking for more instruction, please consider our No Boundaries 5K Training Program.
