Fall Trail 30k training group

A 12-week trail running training program for runners with some trail experience (best for runners who are comfortable running at least 10 miles on the trail, we will build slowly from there). A great group for both experienced and newer trail runners with focused instruction on good form, pacing, and ways to avoid injury while you explore the gorgeous trails in the west Silicon Valley area. Two coached weekly workouts (Tuesday at 6:30p and Saturday at 7:30a weekly) at various locations in the area, weekly newsletters and access to our professional running community experts.  The goal race is the Mt. Tam Trail 30k run on November 10 (race entry fee not included).

Tuesday runs will be from Las Lomitas Elementary School in Atherton, except for the first week when we will meet at Fleet Feet Menlo Park (inside the store).  Saturday mornings will be at various parks and open space preserves on the peninsula.  Full schedule available at the first group meeting/run on 8/21.
