26.2 Fall Marathon Training 2018

This is not an active group.
This program is designed for runners of all paces looking to run their first marathon or to train for a personal best! Throughout this 16 week training program, participants receive attention from a certified coach, a weekly plan with planned routes and training tips, group support and encouragement, and clinics from experts. 10 miles and should feel pretty comfortable to begin marathon training. It highly recommended that you have completed a half marathon before this group begins. The Fall Group will train for the Spinx or Rock and Roll Savannah Marathon but many will be targeting MCM, New York, Richmond, Chicago and other fall races.
