2018 Spring Running the Vines 10K

New Pilot program for this Spring! 

Owner Keith Davis, will coach the Running the Vines 10K program, which will train for the Shelton Vineyard 10K on May 19th.  Designed for participants targeting 10K times of 1 hour and 15 minutes or more (12-15 minutes/mile race pace) this program will focus specifically on run/walk training for greater endurance and faster times.  Because this is a test program- we are offering this 4 week program at a great rate of only $25.  This program is NOT designed for runners that are faster than a 12 minute/mile pace. 

Informational Meeting: Wednesday April 11th, 7PM at Fleet Feet Sports

Kick Off Meeting:  Monday, April 23rd at 6PM; during this meeting you will review the training structure, plan, and expectations. 

Coached Workouts:  Mondays and Thursdays, 6PM at Fleet Feet Sports.  First actual workout is Thursday April 26th at 6PM.

Race Date: Running the Vines 10K, May 19th at Shelton Vineyards

Cost: $25 (does not include race registration)
