Full Marathon Training Summer 2018

This is a Run and Run/Walk Training Program. Must be able to run 5 miles. The Full Marathon Training Program is a 20 week program that meets once a week designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy.

The Program meets on Saturday mornings. The workouts will last about an hour to up to three hours as we increase mileage throughout the season. In addition to the workouts there are educational clinics, motivational speakers, newsletters keeping you up to date and expert coaching/mentoring to help inspire and motivate you on this training journey.

Training begins June 26th. The Full Marathon session will be training for The Space Coast Marathon on November 25th and the Palm Beach Marathon Sunday December 2nd, 2018. Race registration is not included in the Training Program Fee.
