Fleet Feet Columbia Spring Half Marathon Training

Fleet Feet Sports Columbia Spring Half Marathon training program is designed to help runners and run/walkers successfully complete the Governor's Cup Half Marathon (13.1 miles). The 14 week program will safely train beginners for their first half marathon, or help experienced runners improve upon their previous half marathon time. NEW TO 2018 EARN YOUR BADGE. We believe all your hard work and effort deserve a symbol of achievement, which is why all Fleet Feet Running Club members will earn a badge after completion all programs. The Governors cup Half Marathon is the target race but you are welcome to choose a different race or run/walk with us for accountability. Along the way, we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving by providing guidance and advice. The program includes: weekly group training run/walks, weekly newsletters with training tips, educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.
