2018 Half Marathon: FINISH Program - Spring

The Spring 2018 Half Marathon: FINISH Training Program is a 12 week program which meets two times a week is designed to prepare runners and walkers for their first ever endurance event or for athletes who want a training program with less volume. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This Spring 2018 season will be geared towards the Indy Mini Marathon on May 5, 2018. However, our Coaches can help you train for any spring race you choose! 

Important Dates:

  • Information Session: Wednesday, January 31st and February 7th at 6:30 pm at Fleet Feet Fort Wayne
  • Season Starts: Tuesday, February 13th at 6:30 pm 
  • Season Logistics: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturday Mornings at 8 am at Fleet Feet Fort Wayne
  • Goal Race: Indy Mini Marathon on May 5, 2018
