Spring 2018 Half-Marathon Training Team

Train for a half-marathon with us! We'll meet Tuesdays and Saturdays for group training runs, building toward a 13.1 spring race. This program works well with the Capitola Half Marathon on May 20.

Our group runs will include skill-building and speed sessions on Tuesdays and the longest run of the week on Saturday mornings. The long distance run will build from 4 miles up to 12 to prepare for the race distance.
