10K Winter 2018
We are excited to announce our Winter 2018 10K training program! Join Fleet Feet for this 8-week program designed for individuals who can run at least three miles and would like to be part of a team and coached to run a full 10K. This program is also ideal for people who have run before and want to keep fit for your New Year's Resolution. This is a much more toned down version of the summer training session, it is truly built for someone who wants to be able to run a full 10K and this program will have speed workouts in it. There will only be one track for this team: standard, meaning you should be able to run 3 miles and you are running 12-15 miles a week on your own. You will be training to run the relay for the Bidwell Classic on March 3th, 2018. For those who choose to walk the Bidwell Classic you will receive a $5.00 discount code
