Fall '17 Half Marathon Training

This is not an active group.
Have you completed 13.1 and are looking to improve your time? Would you like to learn how to incorporate different types of workouts into your training plan? If you answered YES to either/both of these questions, then this program is for YOU! This program will meet as a group 3 times/week (twice on weekdays, and once on the weekend). This is an intermediate program and may not be the best program for beginners. Ideally, it is recommended that you have completed at least one half-marathon and/or several 5K/10K races.
