Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie Half Marathon Training Group

This is a 12 week training program that will work toward participation in the Dutchess County Classic half marathon on Sunday, September 17, 2017. The program is perfect for someone looking to tackle their first half marathon but we will also work individually for those with a specific time goal. The program cost is $100 + the cost of the race and includes: - a 12 week training program which includes workouts 4-5 days per week - 2 group runs per week (Thursday at 6:30pm & Sundays at 7:30am) - Motivational point system - In-store discounts and promotions - Private Facebook group - Pre-race carb dinner / DIY cheer signs - Fleet Feet T-Shirt / SWAG - Coaching from an RRCA certified coach and access to training program mentors In this program you will learn about fueling/hydration, pacing, stretching/foam rolling, yoga, mantras, journaling, footwear/clothing, runner lingo, race day antics and more.
