Are you a BEGINNER? Do you want to improve your health and fitness? Did you know that WALKING is a great exercise? We offer a safe, welcoming place for you to get fit, make friends, and have fun! At Fleet Feet, we encourage you to exercise at your own comfortable pace and we are focused on YOUR success. If you answered yes to these questions then this program is for you! Make-It-A-Mile is a training program that will gradually help you walk a mile in 4 weeks.

The group will meet Wednesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 8:00 AM.

The informational meeting will be held January 28th at 6:45 PM.
