Join us for our fun 6 week summer training program at Fleet Feet Sports in Fort Mill, SC! Weekly speed sessions and long group runs! This program's focus is on building your speed and strength!

This 2017 Summer Sizzlin' Challenge Session is affectionately nick-named, "Tackling Trails and Tracks"! We will begin our program with three weeks of trail running to build strength and agility and then follow that with three weeks of Speed/Track Workouts to build strength and speed prior to our Goal Race on August 26!
