Have you ever thought about doing a triathlon, but not sure where to even start? Join us at Fleet Feet Sports to train for a sprint triathlon! This 8-week training program for the beginner triathlete will put an emphasis on creating a fun, comfortable, and motivating atmosphere for learning how to improve your swimming, biking, and running skills, and how to put it all together for the triathlon. The course includes a training plan with detailed daily workouts, twice weekly coached group swim, bike, and run sessions, and informative clinics on a variety of relevant topics like gear, transition, and bike maintenance. Come on and give it a TRI!
