2017 AZALEA TRAIL RUN 5k & 10K TRAINING
No Boundaries is a 10 week coached running program that is proven to help you build your endurance. No Boundaries prepares you to run or run/walk a 5k or 10k in an effective and safe manner. This program is designed to provide a solid foundation for running longer distances so it is the perfect program for those who eventually want to train for a half marathon or marathon. In the continuation of No Boundaries, we will offer our Next Step training to help your reach your goal to the Half Marathon. For more information about NEXT STEP, click HERE. No Boundaries offers is open to various abilities with support, motivation and encouragement from an experienced certified coach. In the Spring this program will train from the Azalea Trail Run 5K and10K K. Must be able to run or run/walk a 1mi while maintaining a 15 min/mile. Must be 16 to participant on your own. Children ages 12 and up are welcome provided they are with a parent or guardian at all times.
