In consideration of the foregoing, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns, waive and release any and all rights, claims, and causes of action that I have or may have against Fleet Feet Chico and its affiliates, their agents, officers, directors, successors and assigns, Esparza Smith, City of Chico, County of Butte, State of California and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation in the 2016 Doughnut Mile and any pre- and post-run activities. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficient training for completion of this program and a licensed doctor has verified my physical condition. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs or event records for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising without any payment to me. An unwrapped gift is requested as part of the registration cost to be donated to a local charity. Drop bin will be available at the event Must consume all doughnuts and keep them down in order to complete the run. No food or beverages other then water are allowed on the track. All doughnuts and other liquids must be consumed off the track or runner will be disqualified.
