Spring 2017 Half Marathon Training

This is a 12 week program designed to prepare you to run a half-marathon! Our goal race will be the OC Half on May 7, 2017, but if you have another half-marathon around the same time, we can tailor the schedule to your needs. The group will meet every Tuesday at 6:00pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00am with an optional "speed/track" workout day. Some running experience is required. You must have completed a 5K/10K race within the past year. Our first Saturday run will be 5-6 miles, so make sure you are able to complete this distance. Run/Walk participants are welcome!
