No Boundaries II - Spring 2017

Continue your running journey with our No Boundaries II training program! This 10-week training program is designed to teach you more advanced running techniques and help you beat your previous personal records and set new goals for yourself.

Q&A Sessions: Thurs. Feb 9th at 5:00pm & 5:30pm.  This open-to-all discussion will be followed by a Open Group Walk/Run at 6:00pm.

Orientation Week: Join us the week before training starts for a Gear Up Night Thu 02.23 at 5:30 pm. Learn about what you'll need for the training program and earn special discounts just for training program members.

Workouts: Tues at 6:00 PM and Sat at 9:00 AM starting the week of February 27

Target Race: LEAP 5k on May 6

Cost: Early Bird Pricing $85 (through 2/13 with promo code EARLYBIRD) & Regular Pricing $95

Participants Receive: Detailed weekly training schedule, guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs, information sessions about proper running form, hydration, nutrition, etc., team technical t-shirt.
