Half Marathon - Spring 2017

Come train with us and run in the Knoxville Half Marathon on April 2, 2017.  The goal of the half marathon training is to help runners achieve their long distance running goals in a positive and fun atmosphere. This 12 week half marathon training program is designed for people currently running 5-6 miles comfortably.

Q&A Sessions: Thu. Dec 15, 2016 at 5:00 and 5:30pm.  This open-to-all discussion will be followed by a Open Group Walk/Run at 6:00pm

Workouts: Tue at 6:00pm, Sat at 7:00am starting the week of Jan. 9

Target Race:  Covenant Health Knoxville Half Marathon, Sun. April 2

Cost: $120

Participants Receive: A complete 12 week, detailed training schedule, guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs, information sessions about proper running form, hydration, nutrition, etc., technical t-shirt
