Fall is here, and it’s harder than ever to stick to an exercise program. But getting outside and walking with friends is not only motivating but is also a great way to establish a fitness regimen that’s perfect to get you through the fall. WalkFIT is a safe, welcoming, motivating environment to get fit, make friends, and have fun! At Fleet Feet we encourage you to exercise at your own comfortable pace, and we are focused on your success.

Starting October 17, join us for  7 weeks of walking, leading up to our celebration walk at the Fit4Ag Jingle Bell Jog 5K on December 3. To learn more, email Beverly Brower at bev@fleetfeetjackson.com or talk to one of your Fleet Feet Sports Fit Specialists.

Program Start: Monday, October 17, 6:00 p.m. @ Fleet Feet

Group Walks: Mondays, 6:00 p.m. & Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. @ Fleet Feet

Goal Race: Fit4Ag Jingle Bell Jog 5K on December 3 at 8AM.

Price: 40.00 (does not include race registration)

Training Program Benefits:

  • Twice weekly group workouts with dedicated and experienced mentors/coaches
