Program Kickoff: Tuesday, Oct 25, 5:30 p.m. @ Fleet Feet
Group Workouts: Tuesdays, 6:00 p.m. & Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. @ Fleet Feet

Requirements: This is a training program designed for runners who have already completed their first 5K and are ready to step up to the quarter marathon (6.5 miles). We also ask that you be able to maintain at least an average 13-minute per mile pace.
