2016 Fall Trail Training

Trail running is a different animal compared to road running.  Training is different, nutrition is different, the gear is different, and the terrain is different.  Our trail running training program will guide inexperienced as well as experienced trail runners to complete a 10k, 30k, or 50k.  Our experienced trail coaches will give you the tools you need to be successful in your training.  We will meet twice per week, Wednesdays (7PM) at our Quarry and RIM store and Sunday mornings (7AM) on one of the various trails around San Antonio. Our goal races will include January race dates for the Big Bend Ultra and Spectrum Races.
