The training schedule is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5k in 10 weeks. The program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. Along the way we'll be providing you with the motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, and weekly group training runs or walks.
Q&A Sessions: Thu 5/26 at 5:00 and 5:30 PM at Fleet Feet Sports Knoxville. This open-to-all discussion will be followed by a FREE Group Training Walk/Run at 6:00pm.
Workouts: Tues and Thurs at 6:00 PM starting June 14
