Join us in a 12 week challenge to get residents of the Nashville area to lose weight! As a participant, you will work on your own to lose the weight, but we’ll provide "tons" of support along the way with: a 12 week gym membership to Quest (valid for new members ONLY), weekly weigh-ins at either of our Nashville locations (MONDAYS ONLY!), weekly newsletters, a closed group page on Facebook with unlimited access to our coaches, fun ideas to get out and moving around Nashville, nutrition resources, prize incentives, a discounted entry to No Boundaries 5K/10K training program that begins on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 and an opportunity to earn back your registration fee in prizes and incentives. You will also get discounts to other local sponsors!!
