Ready to run a half marathon? This 14 week program will help you get across that finish line! This program meets 3 times a week for coached workouts to prepare you for the Sunburst 2016 Half Marathon. This program includes a 14 week daily training plan, several educational workshops on the various aspects of long distance training, and the help and support of a dedicated and experienced group of coaches and mentors. Potential participants are encouraged to have completed a 5k run or run/walk before signing up for this program. All paces and abilities welcome!
