No Boundaries Liz Hurley Ribbon Run 5K Training Program

No Boundaries is a Walk/Run 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to walking and running. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just 10 weeks. This nationally organized and recognized program is sponsored by New Balance and offered at Fleet Feet Sports stores across the country.  Thousands of people have completed their first 5K through No Boundaries. You can too!

The program not only includes a training plan with walk and run options, but a professional coach, and a team atmosphere with the camaraderie of others just like you. Throughout the program, weekly group training sessions will keep you motivated and moving. Educational clinics cover topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.  Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

-Goal Race: Liz Hurley Ribbon Run on October 15th at 8AM
-Kick Off Date: Monday, August 1, 2016 at 7 PM
-Training Start Date: Week of August 8, 2016 (see Training Location and Times)
-Training Location and Times:
-Monday nights at 6 PM and alternate runs Thursday nights at 6 PM from Fleet Feet Sports and race course.
-Tuesday mornings at 9 AM and alternate runs on Thursday mornings at 9 AM from Fleet Feet Sports and race course.
-Tuesday nights at 6 PM and alternate runs on Thursday nights at 6 PM from Indian Creek Greenway and race course.
-Price: $100

Suggested Activity Level Prior to Start of Training

No previous exercise experience is required. We do recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a fitness program.
