2026 Spring Beginner 5K and 10K Training Program

Our Beginner 5K/10K is designed for those who are relatively in-active, new to running or looking to improve their pace. We have helped countless individuals meet their running and walking goals over the years. For just $100.00 and 10 weeks of dedication, you too can cross the finish-line of a 5k or 10k race and cross the starting line into a brand-new lifestyle! This program will begin on Tuesday, April 28th and culminate with the Fleet Feet Battle for Independence on July 4th. Your race registration is not included in your training program registration fee.

Information Meeting: Tuesday, April 21st at 6:45 pm

First Practice: Tuesday, April 28th at 6:15 pm
