Spring Half Marathon Training Group Program - 2026

Are you interested in tackling that bucket list Half Marathon?!

Or maybe you’re looking to get a little faster on your next distance race?

If you’re interested in any of the above, join us for our upcoming Spring 2026 Half Marathon Training Program! This Half Marathon Training Program is a 12-week program which meets 2 times a week designed to prepare runners and walkers for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. It is strongly recommended, due to the 12 week duration of this program, that participants enter the program with an established base of at least 5 miles. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This season's goal race will be the Jump Off Rock Half Marathon in Hendersonville, NC on May 9th, 2026.

● Start Date: February 17th, 6pm

● Meeting days/times: Tuesdays at 6:00 pm, Saturdays at 8:00 am at various locations.

● Goal Race/Date: Jump Off Rock Half Marathon on Saturday, May 9th, 2026

● Cost: $110 before February 1st (early bird), $120 after

● Information Session: Sunday, February 15th, 3 to 3:30 pm @ Fleet Feet Greenville, SC
