Frosty Fitness

Are you looking for a cross training group to keep you motivated through the chilly months of December and January? Frosty Fitness is the group for you! Frosty Fitness will meet on Saturday mornings at 8am for an hour long strength training session and on Tuesday evenings at 5:30pm for a weather appropriate workout. Saturday strength sessions will include a variety of exercises using equipment such as dumbbells, slam balls, cable station, and steps. Frosty Fitness will begin December 9th and run through February 7th, December 27th and 30th no sessions will be held so you may enjoy your holiday.
