Fleet Feet Fall Training 2025

Welcome to your next finish line!!

The Fleet Feet Fall 2025 Training Group will be covering ALL FOUR traditional race distances with your choice of THREE different training levels! There is a plan and level for EVERYONE! Choose from 5K, 10K, Half, and Full Marathon Distances. (Full Marathon by COACH INTERVIEW ONLY.) Fleet Feet Training Programs are inclusive to all fitness levels whether you are just starting out or trying to PR your favorite distance.  Our Coaches and Mentors are dedicated to you being the most run-fit you, and having fun along the way!

Our Fall 2025 Training Program  will begin the week of August 4th and will offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced plans to choose from for the following distances: 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon.  (Marathon distance will be available by Coach-Interview)  Each plan offers a balance of run and/or walk workouts, mobility/stretching sessions, cross training suggestions, and rest days to gradually increase your fitness and improve finish times. Each week will be fully programmed for you. You will receive two recommended days of training (that can be interchanged with things you already love incorporating), one Saturday Group Run Meetup, one mobility/resistance band virtual class, and one Run Skills workout at the Boise High School Track. 

Our Training Programs at Fleet Feet have Quality Coaching and programs that will help YOU get to YOUR GOAL while providing community along the way!


The Fleet Feet Fall 2025 Training Program culminates with our Goal Race on October 18, Idaho Running Day. After you register for the Fall Training Program you will receive an exclusive discount code to sign up for the race- remember, the sooner you sign up the lower the race cost!

Join us at Fleet Feet Meridian for refreshments, our first group run/walk and enjoy refreshments with our Training Program Partners!  Get to know your coaches, mentors, and other participants! Onward physical therapy will be on site to do injury screenings and talk about the difference between an ouchie and an injury. Pick up any last-minute gear that you might need!
