2025 Fall 10K + 5K Training

Whether you're looking to conquer the 10K distance, run your very first 5K, set a personal record, or just meet new people + have fun, this is the training program for you! Join us for our Tuesday evening group runs from our Fleet Feet stores (Pepper Pike or Westlake) and Saturday morning group runs from local parks. Our group runs will be guided by our experienced + passionate coaches who will lead you through a dynamic warmup, provide support along our route, and lead a post-run strength or stretching routine. We've got you covered outside of group runs as well with a comprehensive 8-week training calendar that provides the recommended mileage, workouts, & recovery necessary to conquer the Happy Heights 5K + 10K or another fall race.
