No Boundaries is a 10-week training program structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K and a non-intimidating starting place to train for a first 5K.  It uses a program that thousands across the country & several hundred in our community have successfully completed and that has changed one life after another.

As part of the No Boundaries program, participants will receive the following:

  • A 10-week training program and calendar with workouts provided;
  • Coach-guided weekly training sessions;
  • Access to coaches via email during the week;
  • New Balance technical apparel;
  • Informational clinics on proper footwear, running form, injury prevention, nutrition, and more ;
  • Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions; and
  • The camaraderie of others with the same goals!!

COMMITMENT: 10-weeks
PROGRAM DETAILS: 
- Classes twice a week - Tuesday/Thursday at 6PM at Appleton Memorial Park, in Appleton
- Start Date: Tuesday, May 5
