No Boundaries is a 10-week training program structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K and a non-intimidating starting place to train for a first 5K. It uses a program that thousands across the country & several hundred in our community have successfully completed and that has changed one life after another.
As part of the No Boundaries program, participants will receive the following:
- A 10-week training program and calendar with workouts provided;
- Coach-guided weekly training sessions;
- Access to coaches via email during the week;
- New Balance technical apparel;
- Informational clinics on proper footwear, running form, injury prevention, nutrition, and more ;
- Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions; and
- The camaraderie of others with the same goals!!
COMMITMENT: 10-weeks
PROGRAM DETAILS:
- Classes twice a week - Tuesday/Thursday at 6PM at Appleton Memorial Park, in Appleton
- Start Date: Tuesday, May 5
PROGRAM COST: $100 *does not include race registration
