No Boundaries 5k/10k Spring 2022 VIRTUAL

Whether you're running for the first time ever, working to increase your mileage, trying to get back in shape, or just want to socialize with fitness-minded people, our 5k and 10k training group is specifically designed to get you there! Our unique, personalized approach combines skillful coaches, experienced ambassadors, proven training techniques, and the power of community to help you achieve your goals. We will also be offering a VIRTUAL training option. Our spring season lasts 8 to 10 weeks with the first workout beginning on Monday, January 10, at 9 am. This group trains for the Chick-fil-A© 5k Fitness Classic on March 5, 2022 and the City Run 10k on March 19, 2022.
