2021 Gettin Gritty Trail Run Training

Take your running off road with our Getting Gritty on the Trails Program.  This is a 8 week jaunt into trail running is designed to keep you moving while shaken things up a bit!    The program is designed to give road runners a change of pace & learn what FUN lies off the beaten path! We will learn the nuances of trail running such as strengthening those stabilizers muscles, picking up those feet, and staying mentally engaged and active in foot placement! NOT to mention we'll get a chance to practice some Shinrin-Yoku while in motion!! WHAT?? Don't know what Shinrin-Yoku is??? Come to the trail info meeting and enjoy the opportunity to learn more about fun on the trails!

THERE IS SOMETHING INCREDIBLY SPECIAL ABOUT RUNNING THROUGH THE WOODS AND CONNECTING WITH MOTHER EARTH
