No Boundaries 5K Training Program - Northampton
No Boundaries Northampton offers the opportunity to train for a 5k under the guidance of professionally trained collegiate coaches alongside others like you, while also learning new ways to incorporate fitness and wellness practices into your daily life. Weekly 5k training sessions consist of group track workouts tailored to varied abilities and goals, one-on-one advice from coaches, and a weekly training plan designed to help you work toward your personal goals for a 5k over the course of 10 weeks. Weekly workshop sessions will include fitness activities, presentations by local fitness and wellness specialists, films, and more, to introduce you to new ideas and activities to try to stay healthy, happy, and motivated!
Training begins Monday January 26th
Workouts will be held Mondays from 7:30-8:30 pm, Workshops will be held Thursdays from 7:00-8:30pm
Optional introductory group runs and workshops offered January 12, 15, 19, and 22nd
Cost: $75 (Students $50 with promo code)
