TRAIN FOR THE 2020 LOS ANGELES MARATHON WITH US! Training starts Fall/Winter 2019 This will be a 16 - Week program with calendar of scheduled workouts and recommended workouts provided. Coach-guided weekly training sessions: Weekday Group Run Wednesdays @ 6:15 PM Weekend Group Run Saturdays @ 7 AM: endurance/long runs *Weekly training runs will start by meeting at Fleet Feet Laguna Niguel, and continue to meet in different locations in the area. Clinics on running form, injury prevention, nutrition, hydration, self-myofascial release and more! Exclusive Fleet Feet Running Club training tech tee Additional exclusive training apparel for purchase and exclusive store discounts Dedicated coach and mentors to help you find your pace, push your limits and achieve your goals Team support, encouragement, and friendship! Program start: Wednesday, November 20th Cost: $110 (does not include race registration fee) *This program may not be suitable for beginner/new runners. We recommend completing at least one half-marathon prior to this program and starting with a base mileage of 20-25 miles/week.
