Spring 2017 WalkFit
This is not an active group.
The spring training program will include training for all levels and distances up to the half-marathon. This session will include supported group trainings held on Wednesday nights at 7 pm and Saturday morningsat at 7 am. Participants will recieve a complete training program at the outset of the session with guidance for cross-training and intensity based on experience level. This package includes the full training plan, and a Milestone Pod.
