This 4 mile program is a walk/run interval training designed for the currently inactive or beginner runner. The program not only includes a training plan with walk and run options, but a professional coach and a team atmosphere with the camaraderie of others just like you. While this program focuses on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. It can help existing runners meet new performance goals, while also educating new runners on everything from hydration to safety. Throughout the program, weekly group training sessions will keep you motivated and moving. Educational clinics cover topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Reaching your goals can be difficult, but it's always easier together.
