AthHalf 2013 - 1/2 Marathon Training

This is a 12 wekk training program for the AthHalf half marathon on October 20th, 2013. The program is open to runners of all paces and abilities. Participants are asked to be at a level or running that they can cover 4 miles.  Coaches and mentors will be on hand to guide you through your training, provide encouragement, and answer any questions you have along the way. We will have numerous clinics and give-aways throughout the season.  This program will be sponsored by Brooks and participants shirts will be Brooks short sleeve technical tees!!
