Fleet Feet No Boundaries Fighting Hunger 5K Training

No Boundaries is a beginner 5K training program for people that want to walk or run a 5K (3.1 miles). The program is designed for people who are currently inactive or new to walking or running.  If you can already do a 5K or want to become faster or more efficient, No Boundaries 2.0 could be a great option for you.  This is designed for people who can currently RUN or RUN/WALK two miles continuously.
