Fleet Feet Sports Training 10K Fall 2015

The Fleet Feet Sports Training 10K Fall 2015 Program sponsored by Brooks is a 12-week 10K (6.2 miles) program for runners. The group will be training for the Star City 10K on Saturday, November 21. The first official group workout is on Thursday, September 3. Kick Off Night is on Wednesday, August 19 at 7:15pm at Fleet Feet Sports. The Program includes a 10-11 pace group, 11-12 pace group and 12-13 pace group for runners AND a run/walk group (2:1) which will be averaging a 13 minute pace.  Group workouts take place on Thursday evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 7:15am.
