Summer No Boundaries Beginner Run and Walk 5km Training

Our Summer No Boundaries training program is designed for beginner runners and walkers who have little or no experience and for who want to train for a 5km event. This eight week program starts on Saturday June 13th and will be a starting point on the journey to fitness. We will have several tracts that will be inclusive of all individuals, based on fitness level and desired pace. One group will focus on a gradual walk/run schedule (this group will be split with some of the group starting at a higher interval and pace), while the other group will be a walking only group. We offer three weekly workouts, Mondays at our East Store (6pm), Wednesday at our West Store (6pm), and Saturdays at 7:30am (location varies). We will prepare for a 5km, race to be announced. Your $50 No Boundaries registration will include the 8 week organized group walks/runs, clinics focusing and nutrition and injuries, a technical shirt to train in as well as exclusive deals to GoRun Wichita. First workout will be Saturday June 13th at GoRun East, 7:30am.

We will have two info sessions if you want to learn more; Tuesday June 2 at GoRun West at 6pm and Monday June 8th at GoRun East at 6pm
