The No Boundaries Spring 2015 5k Training Program is an 11 week program designed for ALL LEVELS of runners, run/walkers, and walkers. Features include two weekly organized and coached training workouts, weekly motivational and educational e-mails, a detailed daily training schedule, a New Balance technical shirt, discounted race registration, graduation party and more!

Where: Fleet Feet Sports Longmeadow

When: Tuesdays @ 6:00 P.M. and Saturdays @ 9:00 A.M.

Training begins 4/14/15

How Much: $90
