Summer 2015 Beat the Heat, Mount Pleasant

Stay in shape through the heat of the summer with our 6-week training program that includes: 

*Clinics & Crosstraining every Tuesday at 6:30pm

Each week, learn from one of our our community partners and enjoy a different crosstraining workout from OrangeTheory Fitness, O2 Fitness, Barre Evolution, and IronTribe Fitness!

*Running Workouts every Saturday at 7am

Focusing on running form and working through drills, weíll help you improve speed, form and efficiency! This workout will be followed by our Saturday morning Group Run!

  • Closed group page on Facebook with unlimited access to our coaches and the rest of the Beat the Heat community!
